Shortly, the A1C Estimator is a web form where you can enter your glucose readings for one or more days period called RUN. These are your daily glucose readings or some familiar glucose values from your past experience with certain meals or activities. After completing 3 or more RUN cycles (one MONTH) you can estimate what your lab measured A1C would be.
