A1C Estimator

The A1C Estimator helps manage your blood glucose, and it can even estimate your lab A1C, one of the most important indicators of the state of your diabetes. People with type 2 diabetes can quickly find out how their A1C might change when deviating a little from a regular, low carbs, low sugar, "diet and exercise" lifestyle . A birthday, an anniversary, some vacation time, a cruise, or anything similar combined with no exercise could easily generate a few high sugar days.

Shortly, the A1C Estimator is a web form where you can enter your glucose readings for one or more days period called RUN. These are your daily glucose readings or some familiar glucose values from your past experience with certain meals or activities. After completing 3 or more RUN cycles (one MONTH) you can estimate what your lab measured A1C would be. With the first MONTH completed, simply updating your blood sugar readings in the form gives you an advanced notice about your expected A1C and shows how to take corrective actions if necessary.
